SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Tables of speed and stopping distances in § 46.2-880. Requests the Virginia Transportation Research Council to study the tables of speed and stopping distances in § 46.2-880 of the Code. The study is to consider (i) the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the data contained in the tables, (ii) the amendments that should be made to such tables, and (iii) the usefulness and appropriateness of including the tables in the Code.
