SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; RMA. Authorizes a study of the Richmond Metropolitan Authority (RMA) by the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) aimed at the retirement of such RMA debt as will allow the toll-free operation of RMA toll facilities.
