SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; locations for rail stations along the I-66 corridor. Requests the Virginia Department of Transportation and the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation to identify (i) preferred locations for passenger rail stations along the Interstate Route 66 corridor, (ii) potential sources of revenues to support construction of such stations, and (iii) necessary legislative and other actions needed to begin the accumulation of financial and other resources required for the construction of those stations.
