Study; creation of a special taxing district for the I-66 corridor between Manassas and the Capital Beltway. Requests the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to study the desirability and feasibility of creating a special taxing district to fund needed transportation projects along the Interstate Route 66 corridor between the Capital Beltway and Manassas.
