SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Advisory board on commercial driver training schools. Requests the Governor to appoint an advisory board on commercial driver training schools to facilitate communications between the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles and the commercial driver training schools of Virginia, in order to improve the effectiveness of the regulation of those schools in the interest of all Virginians.
