SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); Govenor's time to act on bills. Moves the reconvened session to the eighth Wednesday following sine die of a regular session to give the Governor an additional 15 days to act on legislation presented to him when there are fewer than seven days left in the session. The Governor's time to consider bills returned to him from a reconvened session of a regular or special session is reduced from 30 days to 15 days.
