SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; early intervention services. Establishes a joint subcommittee to consider the appropriate lead agency for the Commonwealth's early intervention program for infants and toddlers with disabilities. In addition, the joint subcommittee will monitor the programmatic and fiscal impact of the program, as well as state and local interagency collaboration.
