Health; dentistry students. Requests the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry to prepare and submit a plan for establishing an externship program for dental students to gain experience through practice by serving in underserved areas of the Commonwealth. This is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Health Care.
