SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); rainy day fund. Requires that interest on the Revenue Stabilization Fund, or "rainy day fund," be deposited into the Virginia Housing Partnership Revolving Fund or its successor. Currently, the interest is kept in the "rainy day fund." If this resolution passes, the proposed change would appear on the ballot in next November's general election.
