Study; emergency medical services training and certification costs. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study regional emergency medical service office policies regarding compensation for training expenses and the location of clinical training and the impact of such policies on the ability of local volunteer emergency medical service providers to recruit volunteers.
