SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Study; domestic relations division of circuit court. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the feasibility of establishing a domestic relations division in each judicial circuit, which would have jurisdiction over divorce cases and custody, visitation, and support actions incident to the filing of a divorce. The joint subcommittee is also requested to determine the efficacy of making the juvenile and domestic relations district court a court of record for domestic cases.
