SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Secondary highway maintenance payments to Arlington and Henrico Counties. Changes from 1985 to 1999 the base year for calculating secondary highway maintenance payments made to Arlington and Henrico Counties and increases the base payment per lane mile to $10,953 for both counties. Hitherto, the base payment per lane mile was $7,201 for Arlington and $3,616 for Henrico.
