SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Suspension or tolling statute of limitations. Provides that any award of compensation by the Workers' Compensation Commission pursuant to Chapter 5 (§ 65.2-500 et seq.) of Title 65.2, that is subsequently found void ab initio, other than an award voided for fraud, shall toll the statute of limitations for the duration of compensation payments made pursuant to such award for any civil action upon the same claim or cause of action in a court of this Commonwealth.
