Constitutional amendment (voter referendum); right to hunt, fish, and harvest game. Provides for a referendum at the November 7, 2000, election to approve or reject the addition to the Conservation Article of a statement that "the people have a right to hunt, fish, and harvest game, subject to such regulations and restrictions as the General Assembly may prescribe by general law.”
