SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Body piercing of persons less than eighteen years of age; penalty. Provides that no person shall perform a body piercing of a person who is less than eighteen years of age except in the presence of that person's parent or guardian when he knows or has reason to believe that person is less than eighteen years of age. The bill punishes such behavior as a Class 2 misdemeanor, and as a Class 1 misdemeanor for a second or subsequent conviction.
