Number of district court judges. Increases the number of juvenile and domestic relations district court judges in the 14^th judicial district (Henrico) and requires that the judges of the fourteenth judicial district render assistance to the 12^th judicial district (Chesterfield, Colonial Heights) on a regular basis.
