SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Service of process; trustee. Makes the backup remedy of § 26-7.1 (under which any fiduciary who qualifies and gives his bond in the circuit court clerk's office is deemed to appoint the clerk as ultimate agent for receipt of process if the fiduciary cannot be served) apply to a nonresident trustee of an inter vivos trust that has received a pour-over from a Virginia will.
