SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Courts of record; clerk's office. Allows a circuit court clerk's office to be open on Saturdays for the limited purposes of receiving applications, granting licenses and examination and copying of records. This bill is identical to SB 249.

Courts of record; clerk's office. Allows the judge of the Circuit Court of Spotsylvania County to authorize the clerk's office of that locality to be open on Saturdays for the limited purposes of receiving applications for and the granting of licenses and for the examination and copying of records.
