SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Condominium Act; access to records. Gives unit owners in a condominium access to documentation, correspondence, or management or executive organ reports compiled for or on behalf of the unit owners' association or the executive organ by its agents or committees for consideration by the executive organ unless such documents are prepared for an executive session. The bill also requires the Housing Study Commission to study the operation of the property owners' association and determine whether the Real Estate Board should investigate violations. Currently, these records may be withheld from inspection and copying.
