Real estate tax; reports of income data. Excludes certain owner-occupied business property from the kinds of real estate for which income data may be requested by the assessor.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Real estate tax; reports of income data. Changes the term "income-producing" to "rental" when describing the kind of real estate for which income data may be required by the assessor. The bill also deletes the term "dwelling" so that four rental units of any type are exempt from the requirements of the statute.
