Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized for the purpose of globally finding and supporting individuals with ideas for far-reaching social change to yield regional and national advances in education, health, human rights, the environment, and other areas of social concern.
