Sales and use tax exemption; Nineteenth Century Studies Association. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized for the purpose of promoting interdisciplinary scholarship and research of 19th century culture and supporting that purpose, in part, by sponsoring an annual conference, an annual journal, and an annual newsletter.
