SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Penalties for possession of certain quantities of controlled substances or marijuana. Raises the penalty for possession of large amounts of certain Class I and II controlled substances and marijuana to a mandatory, minimum of twenty years in prison to life in prison.
