Sales and use tax exemption; Virginia Amateur Sports/Commonwealth Games. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized for the purpose of sponsoring amateur sports throughout the Commonwealth.
