Sales and use tax exemption; Salem Educational Foundation and Alumni Association. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for purchases and sales by a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through July 1, 2001, which is organized to develop endowments to establish scholarship funds in perpetuity for graduates of Salem High School.
