Sales and use tax exemption; Christmas in April-Staunton/Augusta County, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a nonprofit tax-exempt corporation which is organized to sponsor projects to repair homes of the elderly, poor and disabled in the Shenandoah Valley.
