SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sales and use tax exemption; Virginians for Child Abuse Prevention, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption for tangible personal property purchased by a federally tax-exempt corporation which is organized to (i) teach and foster the prevention of cruelty to children; (ii) create programs that treat and solve the problems of child abuse and neglect; and (iii) develop a statewide coalition of child abuse and neglect services, agencies and programs.
