Sales and use tax exemption; United States Specialty Sports Association. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation fostering participation in clean, wholesome, and competitive athletic events through the creation, organization, and promotion of programs in various sports.
