Sales and use tax exemption; Lifetime Learning Institute of Northern Virginia. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation located in Northern Virginia, which is organized to design and deliver educational programs for older persons by older persons to keep them up-to-date on technology, psychology and health maintenance.
