Sales and use tax exemption; Chesapeake Health and Investment Program. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized to provide services to low-income children and families, including parent education, transportation, health assessments, home visiting, developmental screenings, and referrals for medical care.
