Sales and use tax exemption; Community Arts Center Foundation, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized for the purpose of establishing a regional cultural arts center that will promote, provide, and preserve the performing and visual arts for the education of the citizens in the southern region of Virginia.
