Claims; Steve Lawton. Provides $500,000 in relief for Steve Lawton. Mr. Lawton was incarcerated between 1988 and 1997 for a crime which he did not commit. He was pardoned by Governor Allen in 1997after the alleged victim recanted her testimony.
