SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local authority to operate parks, recreation facilities, and playgrounds. Allows localities to regulate the activities of persons using it parks, recreation facilities, and playgrounds. Notice of any such ordinance shall be posted at each public entrance to each such park, recreation facility, or playgrounds that is within the scope of the ordinance.
