Sales and use tax exemption; Mill Mountain Playhouse Company, DBA Mill Mountain Theatre. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for purchases and sales by a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized for the purpose of operating a year-round, professional theatre serving the western area of Virginia with cultural and educational programs and outreach services to youth.
