SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Fund-raising from stopped motorists. A civic organization shall not solicit stopped motorists for fund-raising purposes unless it has first obtained a permit from the locality. A locality may issue such permits only for non-interstate roads and only for use by persons eighteen years or older.
