SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Compulsory school attendance. Provides that a student who has been granted an alternative education plan and who fails to comply with the conditions of the plan shall be in violation of the compulsory school attendance law. The division superintendent or attendance officer of the school division in which such student was last enrolled is authorized to seek the student's immediate compliance with the compulsory school attendance law.
