SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Mechanic's liens. Provides that a general contractor shall give the owner of a project a guarantee stating that all subcontractors or material providers will be paid within forty-five days of payment to the general contractor or completion of the work of the subcontractor or material provider.
