Attorney General; prosecution of criminal cases. Amends Attorney General's jurisdiction in prosecuting crimes. The bill would create original jurisdiction for the Attorney General to prosecute, with the concurrence of the local attorney for the Commonwealth, violations of the Virginia Computer Crimes Act (§ 18.2-152.1 et seq.) and crimes committed by Medicaid providers and their employees.
