SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Specialized Transportation Council. Designates the Chairman of the Disability Commission and the Secretary of Health and Human Resources as co-chairmen of the Council and provides for staffing by the Disability Commission and, upon request, by the offices of the Secretary of Health and Human Resources and the Secretary of the Transportation.
