Sales and use tax exemption; Presbyterians for Faith, Family and Ministry. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for purchases of general printing materials used to publish a bimonthly journal by a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized to publish a bimonthly theological journal and to distribute it to thousands of churches and individuals.
