SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage licenses. Authorizes the ABC Board to issue mixed beverage licenses to any establishments located on old Jonesboro Road between Routes 823 and 808, adjoining property owned by Virginia Intermont College, and located midway between a city having a population between 17,500 and 18,500 and a town having a population between 7,000 and 7,500 (Olde Farm Golf Club in Washington County).
