SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Prepayable fines. Provides that whether or not he was involved in an accident, a person charged with a traffic offense that is listed as prepayable in the Uniform Fine Schedule may prepay his fines and costs without court appearance. Currently, prepayable fines may not be prepaid by a person involved in an accident. This bill is effective January 1, 2001.
