SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Local vehicle licenses and taxes. Allows localities to give a discount of fifty percent in fees charged for local licenses (windshield decals) for vehicles owned or leased by persons who are 65 years old or older. No such discount can be given to more than one vehicle owned or leased by the same person.
