Provides an exemption from recordation tax on deeds transferring property and on deeds of trust or mortgage securing loans in the City of Lynchburg from a Habitat for Humanity-type nonprofit organization. The exemption also applies to deeds of trust or mortgage securing loans made by such an organization.
