SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Freedom of Information; exemptions. Provides that, as it relates to any person, electronic toll collection records that identify an individual, vehicle, or travel itinerary including, but not limited to, vehicle identification data, vehicle enforcement system information, video or photographic images, Social Security or other identification numbers appearing on drivers’ licenses, credit card or bank account data, home addresses, phone numbers, or records of the date or time of toll facility use are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

Provides that, as it relates to any person, electronic toll collection records that identifies an individual, vehicle, or travel itinerary including, but not limited to, vehicle identification data; vehicle enforcement system information; video or photographic images; Social Security or other identification numbers appearing on driver's licenses; credit card or bank account data; home addresses; phone numbers; or records of the date or time of toll facility use are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

Provides that electronic toll collection records and related operational data associated with toll facilities operated by the Department of Transportation that could identify an individual, vehicle, or travel itinerary including, but not limited to, vehicle identification data; vehicle enforcement system information; video or photographic images; Social Security or other identification numbers appearing on driver's licenses; credit card or bank account data; home addresses; phone numbers; or records of the date or time of toll facility use are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
