RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission as follows:

The Honorable Virginia R. Diamond, of Chesterfield, as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission for a term of six years commencing February 1, 2000.
