RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the Board of Directors of the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals Authority pursuant to § 23-50.16:5 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Clarence A. Holland, P. O. Box 5622, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455, for a term of three years beginning July 1, 1999, to succeed himself.
