RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following interim appointments made by Governor James S. Gilmore, III related to finance:

Wayne A. Boutwell, 10 River Court Lane, Richmond, Virginia 23223, Member, effective October 5, 1999, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed Joseph Coffey.

Board of the Virginia Public Building Authority
