RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following interim appointments of certain agency heads and personnel made by Governor James S. Gilmore, III:

AGENCY HEADS

Mary G. Morris, 101 North 14th Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, Treasurer of Virginia, Department of the Treasury, effective June 15, 1999, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed Susan F. Dewey.

H. Gray Broughton, 8004 Franklin Farms Drive, Richmond, Virginia 23228, Commissioner of the Department of Rehabilitative Services, effective October 27, 1999, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed John R. Vaughn.

Carl Peed, 700 Centre Building, Fourth Floor, Seventh and Franklin Streets, Richmond, Virginia 23219, Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice, effective January 4, 2000, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed Gerald O. Glenn.

Charles D. Nottingham, 1401 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, Commissioner of the Department of Transportation, effective January 11, 2000, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, to succeed David R. Gehr.
