RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following four appointments made by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission pursuant to § 9-382 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Richard J. Holland, P.O. Box 285, Windsor, Virginia 23487, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 1999.
